Definition

REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) are defined as real estate indirect investment organization INC which invests and manages funds collected by many investors to real estate and securities in relation to real estate. Returns the yields out of it to the investor, according to Paragraph 1 of Article 2 of Real Estate Investment Company Act.
