KAREIT was founded in 2010 under the authorization from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, and Transport KAREIT will speak for the voices and opinions of REITs companies, lead the transparent development of REITs, and make efforts for people’s stable indirect investment on the real estates.

We Promise to Become Useful and Safe Investment Target of People.
We will change the paradigms of real estate investment, so that the gains from real estate rents can be returned to more people through REITs
Furthermore, we will grant stable dividends to investors, through transparent and professional real estate investment management, to settle down as a safe investment target for the people.

We Promise to Try Our Best for National Economic Development.
We will make efforts to fulfill responsibility and role as the listed REITs. We will become the industry thatbrings the actual changes for enhancing people’s quality of life, by developing and managing various real estates required for the society and keeping up with ESG management contributing to the community.

To encourage the sustainable development in REITs, we will promote the development and prosperity of the indirect real estate investment markets through industrial and institutional research. In addition, we will also investigate the global trends and cooperate with partners so that Korean REITs can secure global competitiveness.
