[ARA Korea] REITs 자산운용 전문인력 Intern (6개월)

모집부문

- REITs 자산운용 전문인력 인턴 모집

- 기간: 6개월

Job Description

• Provide broad junior (both transaction and asset management dpt.) support on all matters across the business

• Assist with preparation of various cash flow models including DCF analysis, valuation, sensitivity analysis, etc.

• Assist with preparation of various pitch materials including teasers, information memoranda, marketing materials, etc.

• Assist with preparation of various internal documentation and others as requested

• Provide any other business support as requested by managers (i.e., market/regulation research, document filing, etc.)

Job Requirements

- 4년제 대학 졸업 혹은 졸업예정자 (부동산/경영/회계 등 관련 전공 우대)

- 자산운용 전문인력 교육이수 자격보유자 (필수)

- Good English Skill (writing/speaking) is preferable

- 컴퓨터 활용 우수
